NAI Columbia’s John Gregory, PE, and Alex Johnson represented the tenant, Pye-Barker Fire & Safety., in the lease of approximately 6,980 SF of flexible space at 1307 Marley Drive in Columbia, South Carolina.

1307 Marley Drive is an approximately 6,980-square-foot building located just off Broad River Road in Columbia. It is adjacent to the signalized interchange of Marley Drive and Broad River Road with proximity to Interstate 20, near I-26.
