Elite Total Fitness has announced it will be soon putting down roots in their new location at the Cotton Mill Place, located at 300 South Street in Simpsonville. The company is expected to host a Grand Opening in late Fall of 2020.
Together, owners Rachael Baldassarra and Brandon Bennett will open this first location, which will boast a 6,000+ square foot, state-of-the-art athletic facility, including brand new, high-tech training equipment. Bennett, who turned a college football career with the University of South Carolina into a pro career with the Cincinnati Bengals and Carolina Panthers, has developed proprietary training called the “Blueprint for Success” and will be using these training protocols in the facility’s Athletic Performance Training department, which will be offered to athletes of all ages and levels.
“We want to create a solid foundation for our young athletes to develop a love and understanding of their respective sport(s), and take the steps toward ensuring our older athletes have a more successful path forward into college and pro sports careers, with training and tools that can help them become the best athlete possible.” Bennett says.
The Elite Total Fitness facility will be the first in the area to have an on-site Athletic Recovery center, including a Hydrotherapy room with Cold and Warm Plunge tubs, a NormaTec Compression Therapy room, and other athletic recovery solutions for their clients. Elite Total Fitness will also be offering clients of all fitness levels personal training, in addition to the “Elite Studio”, which will have unique and high energy group fitness classes for those who prefer group instruction over personal training.
The choice of site for this flagship location was very important. The Cotton Mill Place—once the Woodside Cotton Mill—is a historic building located in the heart of downtown Simpsonville and is central to much of the growth in the Upstate. Located a mere two blocks away from the burgeoning Burdette Central, the location will add to the draw of the local community—many of which have expressed a desire to see a fitness location near this area.
“This step is the first of many for Elite Total Fitness. We are looking forward to being in Simpsonville and are excited to provide the Upstate fitness community with a personalized training experience to help them reach their individual goals, whatever those goals may be,” said Baldassarra. “We are proud to offer TOTAL fitness solutions, for youth just beginning in their sport(s) to the Elite Athlete to take it to the next level… and from the client who is just starting out their health and fitness journey, to the experienced client who wants to take their training up a few notches.”
