Limitless Life, a Virtual STEM Networking Event

November 13 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

November 13, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for High School & College-Age Females

Empowerment Strategies for Girls will host Limitless Life, a Virtual STEM Networking Event on Saturday, November 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Designed to help high school and college-age females explore traditional and non-traditional STEM majors and careers; the interactive workshop is an opportunity to gain new knowledge and contacts.

Participants will connect with empowerment coaches and industry professionals, attend unique information sessions, and gain valuable insights into successfully navigating the scholarships pursuit, study abroad experiences, and the benefits of joining a professional society.

“I want Limitless Life to empower young women to explore their options when it comes to majoring in STEM or pursuing a STEM career,” said Dr. Jamelle Ellis, founder of Empowerment Strategies for Girls. “Women make up just 25% of the STEM workforce, with African American females comprising 6% and Hispanic females totaling 7%. Young women need more exposure to what’s possible and more people willing to help guide them. That’s the purpose of Limitless Life.”

Sign up now and take advantage of the early bird rate of $79, good through October 23. Tickets are $99 from October 24 through November 6, the last day to register.

A limited number of full and partial scholarships are available; apply by October 15.
