The first 100 visitors will receive a free flower crown. \nThe Swedish Midsummer Festival also correlates with Free Saturday for Berkeley County residents. The park will be open for Free Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last admission is 4 p.m.). Proof of residency with photo ID\, utility\, or tax bill is required for free admission. \nAbout Volvo Cars \nIn 2015\, Volvo Cars announced its first US manufacturing facility in Berkeley County\, South Carolina which became operational in June 2018. Located on 1\,600 acres\, the facility has 2.3 million square feet of building space and the capacity to produce up to 150\,000 cars per year. The plant has approximately 2\,000 employees and currently assembles the fully electric EX90\, a fully-electric SUV\, and manufactures the Polestar 3. By the end of 2026\, Volvo Cars will add its best-selling XC60 mid-size SUV to the Ridgeville production facility.
