SUMMARY:Monty Python's Spamalot
DESCRIPTION:Join King Arthur and his sidekick Patsy as they recruit a few good men to form the Knights of the very\, very\, very Round Table. Upon gathering an incomparable assortment of knights\, the group sets off in search of the Holy Grail. Along the way\, Arthur and his band find themselves living large in Camelot\, enjoying a visit from God\, being terrorized by the French\, and getting lost in a dark—yet very expensive—forest. And if that wasn’t enough\, the knights are heckled by a minstrel band\, attacked by a killer rabbit\, dueling with the Black Knight\, and ultimately tested to put on a Broadway musical. \nWith killer rabbits\, flying cows\, flatulent Frenchmen and show-stopping musical numbers\, Spamalot is a laugh-out-loud adventure. Join us for this gleefully absurd romp ~ full of heart\, hilarity and ham. Bring your coconuts and prepare to laugh ‘til it hurts! Don’t miss out on this hilarious show which pokes fun at everyone ~ you included! Rated PG-13. \nThe show runs May 16 to June 1 with 7:30 PM curtain on Thursday\, Fridays and Saturdays and 3 PM curtain on Sundays. Tickets are available at towntheatre.com. Spamalot is sponsored by Hood Construction and Synovus.
