Fill the Red Truck – May 19, 20
May 16, 2018The City of Columbia Animal Services Department needs help filling up their red truck with supplies for the shelter. Animal lovers are encouraged to drop off pet supplies at the corner of Heyward and Holly Street from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.
Over the years this event has collected 7,142 lbs. of dry dog food, 746 cans of dog food, 2,661 lbs. of dry cat food and 1,305 cans of cat food. This fundraiser has also collected 1,917 lbs. of cat litter and countless numbers of cleaning supplies, towels, blankets and paper towels for the shelter. This event has also raised almost $14,000 for their spay/neuter voucher program.

When: The Fill the Red Truck Fundraiser will be held May 19, 2018 and May 20, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Where: Shandon on the corner of Heyward and Holly Street.
