As a Greenville native, Garrett has grown up alongside and watched our community become home to many with diverse opportunities and a rich artistic culture. After graduating from The Fine Arts Center of Greenville, Garrett’s passion for music led to the College of Charleston where he then developed a foundational understanding for real estate and investments. Upon graduation, an adventurous spirit led Garrett to Wall Street where I gained two years of experience in corporate real estate.
