Residential Director

Responsibilities: The Residential Director oversees 2 ICF locations, and 2 CRCF locations. Residential Director is responsible for establishing goals and priorities, reallocating resources to ensure compliance with regional, state, and federal standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, or related field from an accredited college or university and 5 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities with at least 2 years in supervision.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. On-Call responsibilities.
Salary: $55,952.00 salary, but will negotiate with years of experience
