DESCRIPTION:Artists for Africa is a 501C3 nonprofit founded in 2012 by Cooper Rust in Columbia\, SC\, serving children in the most impoverished areas of Nairobi\, Kenya through the arts. Artists for Africa also supports a boarding house that provides housing\, clean water\, nutritious meals\, clothing\, education\, and dance classes for children who otherwise have little to none of these opportunities. \nEach February\, Postcard Art offers a fun way to support this mission by purchasing original artwork—after a cocktail hour with tasty treats\, the doors open to a ballroom filled with art claimed first come\, first served\, featuring 4”x6” pieces for $75 plus larger works\, pottery\, jewelry\, and more. \nTickets available at PostcardArt.org or call 803-727-5314
