SUMMARY:Little River Duck Race
DESCRIPTION:The ducks are ready to make a splash! The Laurens Rotary Club is gearing up for the 23rd Annual Little River Duck Race on Thursday\, November 6\, 2025\, at 2:30 p.m. at the Fountain on the Square in downtown Laurens. \nFor just $5\, you can adopt your very own racing duck — and with it\, receive three coupons from ACE\, Moultrie\, and Big Air. Then join the crowd on the Square as hundreds of bright yellow ducks race to the finish line for cash prizes and community bragging rights. \nPrizes will be awarded to the first-place winner ($350)\, second place ($150)\, and even the last duck to cross the finish line ($100) — because in this race\, every duck has a chance to win! \nProceeds from the Duck Race support Rotary programs that make a difference right here in Laurens County. Ducks can be purchased from any Rotarian. \nTo purchase by mail\, make checks payable to Laurens Rotary Club Fund and mail to P.O. Box 167\, Laurens\, SC 29360. \nSo grab a friend\, adopt a duck\, and come cheer for your favorite feathered racer — it’s a fun and easy way to support your community! \nEvent at a Glance\nWhat: 23rd Annual Little River Duck Race \nWhen: Thursday\, November 6\, 2025 • 2:30 p.m. \nWhere: Fountain on the Square\, Laurens \nCost: $5 per duck (includes coupons from ACE\, Moultrie\, and Big Air) \nPrizes: $350 (1st place)\, $150 (2nd place)\, $100 (last duck) \nContact: Courtney Stonell • cstonell@laurenscounty.org • (864) 871-6031
