SUMMARY:Firefly Distillery Hosts Spring “Food Truck Feastival”
DESCRIPTION:Firefly Distillery is hosting a spring Food Truck Feastival event on Saturday\, April 13\, 2024 from 12 – 4 p.m. This popular seasonal event launched in fall 2023\, bringing together dozens of food trucks and hundreds of local visitors. With the event’s success\, the distillery is bringing it back for the spring season. The free-to-attend Feastival will feature craft cocktails and more than 25 food trucks with fare ranging from southern comfort to brunch\, Italian pizzas to tasty waffle treats. New to the event\, Firefly will also be hosting a curated local vendor market on the Front Porch to feature artisans and makers from the community. \nAt this family-friendly event\, attendees can expect an array of more than 25 local food trucks that will take over Firefly’s expansive five-acre field. As part of the vendor market\, guests will have the interactive opportunity to make a flower bouquet to take home from BloomTown Flower Market\, while kids can enjoy face painting. On the Back Porch\, DJ CabanaVibez\, will be playing music from 12 – 4 p.m. and craft cocktails will be available for purchase in the Tasting Room. Available now online\, tickets start at $35 per person and are required for entry. \nThe oyster roasts will run from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. with oysters being served from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Special event features include a Bloody Mary bar with pickled garnishes\, signature Firefly cocktails and mocktails\, and select local lowcountry brews for purchase. Guests are encouraged to bring their own oyster shucking gear and towels\, lawn games\, and chairs to relax and enjoy alongside friends and neighbors. Attendees can even catch the Sunday football games\, as they are broadcast throughout the distillery. \nWhile bottle sales are limited to Monday through Saturday\, seasonal and signature Firefly cocktails will be available for purchase in the Tasting Room and Back Porch bars during these ticketed Sunday events.
