SUMMARY:Georgetown Historical Society's annual Cattails and Cocktails fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:The Georgetown Historical Society is hosting its annual Cattails and Cocktails fundraiser on Saturday\, March 21 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm at the Bobby Alford Pavilion\, East Bay Park\, with proceeds benefiting the Georgetown County Museum. \nThe event features Lowcountry cuisine prepared by local volunteer hunters and fishermen\, a retriever demonstration\, “Turkey Talk” with turkey calls\, and Lee Brockington will lead a lecture and discussion about the rice culture. In addition\, there will be live music and a silent auction. \nTickets are on sale at the museum (120 Broad Street) $30 for museum members and $35 for non-members and at the door.
