The City of Columbia’s Public Work’s Street Division maintains and improves the City’s infrastructure. You’ll work hands-on with asphalt\, concrete and storm drainage systems\, contributing directly to the City’s roads and public spaces. This hiring event focuses on filling these critical roles and features on-site interviews for the positions listed below:  \nHighlighted positions & Requirements: \n•       Senior Equipment Operator– Candidates must possess a Class a CDL. \n•       Maintenance Assistant \n•       Experience in construction trades is highly preferred. Opportunities available for entry level and experienced applicants\, depending on position.  \nIn addition to the City’s comprehensive benefits package\, Public Works offers a CDL Step Program designed to support employee growth.
