DESCRIPTION:The Beer Mile promises to be an exhilarating experience\, with participants tackling a mile-long course while enjoying a refreshing 355ml beer before each quarter mile. It’s a unique blend of athleticism\, camaraderie\, and good old-fashioned fun that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.\nBut what truly sets this event apart is our commitment to giving back. In alignment with our values of community\, we’re proud to announce that 10% of the proceeds from the Beer Mile will be donated to Whitten Center Friends.\nSolo Challenge: The route is simple\, it’s a quarter mile loop beginning and ending at the Lumberyard. The only catch is you must drink a beer before you begin your loop. 4 Beers\, 4 Loops\, that equals a beer mile.\nTeam Relay: Same route different rules. The teams will consist of 4 runners. Each runner must drink a beer\, run a loop\, then drink another beer before the next runner can begin their loop. beer\, loop\, beer. So\, simply stated for the relay teams each runner will run 1/4 mile and drink 2 beers.\nBe sure to register before April 5th to guarantee your legendary\, one-of-a- kind Lumberyard Beer Mile T-Shirt! \nMUST BE AT LEAST 21 TO ENTER!!!!!!!\nPLEASE PLAN FOR A DESIGNATED DRIVER OR SAFE RIDE HOME!!!!
