DESCRIPTION:Join us for Wine Down Wednesday\, an evening designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate. Led by facilitator Amy Westberg\, our uplifting and gentle yoga flow will guide you towards relaxation and inner peace. Held in our upstairs venue\, you’ll have the privacy to connect with your mind and body in a tranquil setting.After the practice\, attendees are invited to linger and indulge in a glass of wine or beer (one drink included) as you continue to savor the moment. Mats will be provided\, but feel free to bring along any items to enhance your practice.Mark your calendars\, as our series will be recurring every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from May to June\, running from 5:40 pm to 6:40 pm.
