SUMMARY:Touchdown Club kicks off 2026 season
DESCRIPTION:Football season is nearly here\, and the Laurens County Touchdown Club is ready to get things started. \nThe club will open its 2026 season Thursday\, Aug. 20\, at noon at The Ridge of Laurens\, with the head coaches from Laurens County high schools serving as the first speakers of the year. The meeting sets the tone for a season the club will spend recognizing local teams and schools. \nThe Laurens County Touchdown Club\, a project of the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce\, was organized to promote a spirit of cooperation and association among citizens of Laurens County through a common interest in football. Meetings are held on Thursdays at noon at The Ridge of Laurens. \nAug. 20: Laurens County high school head coaches \nAnnual membership is $150 per person and includes one ticket to each of the seven regular meetings and one ticket to the annual banquet.
