Springs Creative Products Group, LLC Announces Licensing Partnership With Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for the Spider-Man Brand

ROCK HILL, SC – May 7, 2009 – Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group, LLC today announced that the company has entered into a licensing agreement with Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for the Spider-Man brand. This agreement will allow Springs Creative Products Group, LLC to incorporate Spider-Man and the classic characters from the Spider-Man comic book series – including Black Cat, Electro, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin and Rhino – into their lines of retail fabrics and craft kits.
Spider-Man fabrics and craft kits will begin to ship into the retail marketplace early in 2009 and will be featured at a variety of popular retailers including Target, Wal-Mart(R), Jo-Ann Fabrics(TM), Michaels, Hancock Fabrics and Hobby Lobby(R).
