Thomas Higgins named Executive Chef at The Vista

Thomas Higgins started as a Server’s Assistant at Level 10 in Spartanburg on the day it opened (back in 2018). He asked to work some shifts in the kitchen, so Executive Chef Ryan Smutzki took Thomas under his wing, mentored him, and trained him up until he was eventually promoted to Sous Chef at Level 10.
