What: United Way of the Midlands Young Leaders Society Professional Development Event: Advancing Your Career
YLS offers various professional development events throughout the year aimed at current and prospective group members to provide young leaders an opportunity to hear from current business and community leaders. This particular event will feature a panel of professionals who will talk about their career paths, share how they marketed themselves, provide career advancement advice, discuss the importance of networking and being involved in social, professional & volunteer organizations, offer advice on how to ensure that others notice your contributions and much, much more!
