SUMMARY:34th Annual Spring Tide Clean-Up Day
DESCRIPTION:Please come out to Morse Landing Park and help us with our annual spring clean-up event\, where we’ll tackle the marshes\, roadsides and waterways to remove litter. Last year we cleaned up over 10 thousand pounds of trash! All supplies will be provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle to reduce single-use plastics at our event. \nAfter the clean up\, join us for a chowder cook-off from local restaurants who are vying for the title of “Best Damn Chowder.” There will also be free BBQ\, live music and drinks at the Hot Fish Club Gazebo.

DESCRIPTION:Murrells Inlet 2020 will host their 19th Annual Race for the Inlet 5k on Saturday\, April 4th\, beginning at 8:00 am at Morse Park. Both runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to participate! \nThe Murrells Inlet 2020 Race for the Inlet is a family-friendly staple for the Inlet. Visitors and locals enjoy the scenery and camaraderie\, all while supporting our local community! The 2025 event had over 600 attendees. \nRegistration is now open and includes entry into the race with a chipped bib\, a swag bag full of goodies from our sponsors\, an official race t-shirt\, and a complimentary Grab-N-Go breakfast. An awards ceremony will follow the event at Morse Park.
