Apexgraphix sold after 30 years, transitions to Minuteman Press in Columbia

After 30 years of service, Apexgraphix, a longstanding print shop in Columbia, has been sold by longtime owner John Runy, who is retiring at the age of 82. The business has been purchased by Ken Holloway, who will operate it as Minuteman Press. The shop will remain at its current location at 1415 Gervais St., with all staff retained
“I’m 82 now, and it was time to retire,” said Runy. “Ken Holloway is a perfect fit to take over, and customers can expect the same high level of service.”
Holloway, who also owns a Minuteman Press in Myrtle Beach, is excited to return to Columbia, where he and his wife graduated from USC. “We’re looking forward to building on John’s legacy and expanding the business.”
