In addition to the new menu, Scoops on West Main will soon become a go-to hangout for local teens with its “Scoops After Hours” initiative. Beginning Friday, September 27, the shop will stay open until 11 p.m. after home football games, offering a safe and welcoming space for teens to gather. Owner Jason Devette emphasized how important it is to provide a secure environment for local youth, with plans to eventually extend late-night hours to Fridays and Saturdays once they’re fully staffed.

“We are still focused on providing the ultimate ice cream experience,” Jason said. “But now, we’re enhancing that experience with new offerings like our lunch menu and extended hours. We want to give people more reasons to come in, whether it’s for a meal, a hangout spot, or just a great scoop of ice cream.”

As part of their ongoing efforts to offer more for the community, Devette and his team are working on expanding the arcade area within the shop, adding even more fun for children and teens.
