Sharbell Nexton LLC announces new downtown Nexton retailer

Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) announced a new tenant coming to the ground-floor retail space in Downtown Nexton. Clean Your Dirty Face is the latest tenant to join phase one of the Lofts Downtown Nexton tenant list.

Occupying 1,203 square feet, Clean Your Dirty Face is a skin care bar that offers a variety of facials with available enhancements and upgrades. The spa is joining Downtown Nexton’s list of confirmed lessees, including Wakey Bakey Bagel, 1933 Wine and Spirits, Tavern 33, iNails, Revive Health Studio and Rita’s Italian Ice.

Situated on nearly 100 acres between Sigma Drive and Brighton Park Boulevard, Downtown Nexton will provide retail, dining, hospitality, residential, service, office and commercial options within walking distance of many of Nexton’s neighborhoods. In addition to the Lofts, other announced plans in Downtown Nexton include The Ames and The Radler multifamily communities, A.C. Hotel by Marriott and Atelier office campus.
