Trinity Partners sources prominent downtown development site for student housing in Columbia, SC

Trinity Partners announced the sale of a prominent downtown development site, consisting of three (3) parcels totaling ±3.84 acres at the corner of Huger and Blossom Streets. Roger Winn, SIOR, Braden Shockley, SIOR, and Will McGregor represented the purchaser, Subtext, in the transaction.

Subtext is an accomplished multi-family developer from St. Louis, Missouri, whose mission is to create better ways for its residents to live and connect. They plan to develop a 960 bed Class A multi-family complex on the site, which was previously home to S-Mart, Brickhouse Gym, and Budget Truck Rental. The new development will be within walking distance of the University of South Carolina baseball stadium, Greek Village, Colonial Life Arena, and the Darla Moore School of Business.
