Wayside Baptist Church to Host Free Community Family Fun Day

Wayside Baptist Church will host a free Community Family Fun Day on Saturday, September 28, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 1517 West Main Street in Laurens. The event is open to the public and promises a day filled with activities, entertainment, and safety education for all ages.
Starting at 11:00 AM, attendees can enjoy complimentary food and drinks. Families will also have the chance to participate in inflatable games, and the church will offer free door prize drawings at 1:00 PM (you do not have to be present to win).
The Laurens Police Department will provide free safety fingerprinting for children from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and the Laurens Fire Department will be on hand to educate attendees on fire safety. Additionally, a highway patrol officer will share important highway safety information, and the Bloodmobile will be available for blood donations from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Throughout the day, visitors can also enjoy live gospel music and much more.
