9th Annual Long’s Bar Stool Classic in Five Points – September 8

The Five Points Association and the Babcock Center Foundation will be hosting the 9th Annual Long’s Bar Stool Classic throughout Five Points bars and restaurants, starting at 5 p.m. on September 8th, 2017. The Long’s Bar Stool Classic is an 8 hole putt-putt bar crawl with proceeds benefiting the Babcock Center Foundation.

The Long’s Bar Stool Classic is a self-guided tour and golfers are encouraged to take advantage of food and drinks specials while playing at each bar or restaurant. Golfers may also be eligible for the “Second Chance Hole” at Jake’s by dressing up in their best golfer’s attire. The winner receives a cash prize of $500 and other prizes will be awarded for second and third place, along with best dressed and hole-in-one golfers. The official after-party will be at Jake’s (2112 Devine Street).

Registration:
Golfers may pre-register for $15 on the Five Points Association website up until September 4th. Day of registration will be $20 and is not guaranteed, as the tour may sell out.

Tour Timeline:
The tour begins at 5pm at the Five Points fountain. Participants will receive registration packets and special goodies including an official tour t-shirt, tour card with a map, an official private after-party invitation, special prizes and more. At 10pm, the $500 first place winner and all other prizes will be awarded. Must be present to win.
