The Cassina Group hires realtors Caroline Parnell and William Barnwell

The Cassina Group has announced that Realtors Caroline Long Parnell and William Barnwell have joined the Charleston-based real estate firm, which has offices in downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Both Parnell and Barnwell are natives of Charleston and have many years of experience in the real estate profession.

A graduate of Ashley Hall School and a business administration major at Charleston Southern University, Parnell began her career in real estate in 2001. Since then, she has represented both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, with a focus on residential home sales. She is an active member of St. Andrews Church in Mount Pleasant and serves on the PTA board of Belle Hall Elementary.

Barnwell, a graduate of Porter-Gaud School, earned his degree in real estate finance from Clemson University. Since obtaining his broker’s license in 2014, Barnwell has been actively involved in the Charleston real estate market and has worked in new home construction and commercial development. When not working, he enjoys golf, boating and local sporting events.
