NAI Charleston Assists National Bank in Acquiring ±13.0 Acres for New Branch

NAI Charleston is pleased to announce that First Citizens Bank will develop a new branch at Nexton, in Summerville, South Carolina. The bank purchased nearly 13.0 acres of land from WestRock for its expansion. NAI Charleston brokers/partners David Grubbs, Dexter Rumsey and Thomas Boulware, CCIM facilitated the $4,058,380 transaction.

This site is adjacent to Nexton Elementary School and the proposed Harris Teeter. First Citizens Bank will use a portion of the land to develop a new branch, and intends to sell or lease the remaining acres. The residual land will have multiple ingress/egress points along Nexton Parkway.
