Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that Timothy J. W. Muller has been named as a non-equity member of the firm, effective January 1, 2016.

Muller focuses his practice on construction law and litigation, government and utilities law, business and commercial litigation, and securities litigation. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Tim regularly counsels businesses and local governmental entities on a variety of transactional and other legal matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Muller is very active in improving the local community. He currently serves as Chairman of the Charleston Peninsula Neighborhood Consortium and as an appointed member of the City of Charleston’s Town and Gown Committee and Late Night Activity Charter Commission. Muller also served as moderator for one of the 2015 Charleston Mayoral debates.
