ROI Commercial procured the sale of a 11,000+ SF multifamily property, The Carolinian, located at 1318 Pickens Street, Columbia, SC. The twelve unit apartment building is located in Columbia’s Central Business District, four blocks from Main Street and the State Capitol building and less than three blocks from the main campus of the University of South Carolina and its recently completed Law School. The property was purchased by 1318 Columbia Partners LLC.
