Ziff Properties sells Kalmia Plaza – Aiken, SC

November 8, 2017

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the disposition of the 215,262-square-foot Kalmia Plaza Shopping Center located in Aiken, SC. The property was sold for $7.1 million to a private buyer from Florida. The Palomar Group facilitated the transaction as seller’s listing agent.

Ziff Properties originally acquired the shopping center from Edens in 2004, and spent 13 years filling vacancies, developing outparcels and other value-add activities.

Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “The successful sale of Kalmia Plaza marks the sixth disposition this year for Ziff Properties; all of which had been long-term holds for the company. We plan to recycle the proceeds into neighborhood shopping centers, self storage assets, and business parks.”
