NAI Avant broker Bobby Hathaway represented the seller, Cedric Davis, in the land sale transaction at 7716 Fairfield Road in Columbia, South Carolina. American Scrap Iron & Metal purchased the 9.0 acre property for $375,000, which features a ±3,600 square foot (SF) industrial building.
