Pierce joins Morton & Gettys as an associate

ROCK HILL, SC – Rock Hill native Nate Pierce has joined Morton & Gettys as an associate. His practice will focus on civil litigation.
While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Pierce won numerous awards, including a CALI Awards in Topics in Insurance Law, Conflict of Laws, and Comparative Law. He completed the law school’s Konduros Leadership Development Program and was voted by his classmates to receive the Claud Sapp Award in recognition of leadership, academics and industry.
He graduated in 2016, after which he spent a year clerking for the Hon. John C. Hayes III, a Circuit Court judge based in York County, South Carolina.
Pierce earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at Clemson University.
