The firm is also ranked as one of the top labor and employment law firms in the United States.

Each year, Chambers USA publishes a list of the top law firms and attorneys across the country. It determines rankings through thousands of in-depth interviews with attorneys, clients and businesses.

Fisher Phillips Chairman and Managing Partner Roger Quillen said: “The continued recognition by Chambers of the services provided by our attorneys is a validation of the deep understanding we have of our clients’ businesses and the dedication we bring to our work each day. It is an honor to know that our clients recognize and appreciate that we are there to provide business solutions to the workplace legal challenges they face.”

Ellzey practices both labor and employment law. In the employment area, he counsels clients on all state and federal employment laws, major staff reductions and facility closures, labor law implications of mergers and acquisitions, OSHA compliance, and wage and hour matters.
