Exceed Real Estate School held its first course at its new northeast location on Saturday, March 4th 2017. The new address is 1034 Wildwood Centre Drive; Ste A, Columbia, SC 29229.
Exceed Real Estate School currently offers the real estate licensing courses required to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate Salesman License. Exceed also offers Continuing Education courses for Realtors and intends to offer Property Management courses, among other courses, in the near future.
