NAI Avant Director of Retail Patrick Palmer, CCIM, along with NAI Avant broker John Metts, procured the lease of ±5,934 square feet of retail space, next to the Columbiana Mall, to a new Asian fusion restaurant. The space, located at 285 Columbiana Drive, will be the new home to Tao Asian Infusion. Palmer and Metts represented the landlord, 7 Angels, LLC, in the transaction.
