NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant and senior broker Macon Lovelace recently represented Schmoyer and Company in the renewal and expansion of office space in 1330 Lady Street in Columbia, SC. Schmoyer and Company is one of the area’s premier accounting and consulting services firms. Schmoyer and Company’s expansion resulted in a total of ±8,573 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the downtown building. The property is owned by Lady Street Office Complex, LLC.
