Sharonview Federal Credit Union celebrates groundbreaking in Simpsonville

Sharonview Federal Credit Union announced their new location in Simpsonville, SC. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on the grounds of Grand Central @ Martin Farms at 10:30 AM on June 14, 2018 at 710 Fairview Road. The famous Simpsonville Martin Farm land has now been transformed into a multi-use location for restaurants, Publix grocery store and Hobby Lobby.
Featured speakers were Sharonview Chief Operating Officer, Ricky Otey, Simpsonville Mayor Janice Curtis and Simpsonville Chamber of Commerce President/CEO, Allison McGarity.
Otey quoted the patriarch of the Martin family, J.R. Martin “You can’t stop progress. Change is inevitable, but growth is an option.”
Mayor Curtis displayed her enthusiasm to add Sharonview Federal Credit Union to the community as she stated, “Thank you for seeing the potential in the Simpsonville community.”
McGarity added, “It is amazing to have worked with Sharonview from their rebranding process to this new home for the Simpsonville branch.”
The groundbreaking ceremony featured special guests including the Simpsonville Chamber of Commerce, Sharonview Executive Leadership and team members, CBRE, Creative Builders, Little Construction and Infinity Marketing.
The new location is planned to be open to the public in October 2018.
