April 2, 2018

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd welcomed their client Grace Hill to Greenville. The company is expanding existing operations in Greenville County and locating its corporate headquarters in the downtown area.

It’s clear to see why they chose Greenville to expand their company. “The area is easy to recruit talent in, beautiful and rewarding to live in and welcoming to new business,” said Dru Armstrong, Grace Hill CEO. This move will create 53 new jobs in the upstate.

Armstrong said “Our team depends daily on the HSB team for practical legal support in all aspects of our business and our joint compliance and monitoring program. Their understanding of our business and our industry makes them indispensable partners in the complex and changing technology business environment.”

“Grace Hill’s decision to locate its headquarters in Greenville represents a validation of the region’s business climate by a world-class technology company. HSB has been privileged to support Grace Hill throughout this process and looks forward to working closely with the Company as it continues to grow its leadership position in the online training market,” stated Frank Davis, HSB Corporate and Economic Development attorney.
