RealOp Investments closes its initial fund offering

RealOp Investments announced the closing of its very first Real Estate Opportunities Fund resulting in over $15 million of deployed capital. The ROI Real Estate Opportunities Fund IS the first in a series of investment funds, designed to provide investors with consistent income and cash distributions through high-quality, income-producing commercial real estate assets across the Southeast. The Fund is now closed to new investors, but RealOp Investments will be new fund offerings over the next 12 to 18 months.

RealOp Investments had a strong finish to 2015 with the acquisition of four properties in the fourth quarter, including the following properties:
• 15 Brendan Way – Greenville, SC a 38,316 SF Commercial Office Building
• 40 Concourse Way – Greer, SC a 7,000 SF Commercial Office Building
• 6000 Pelham Road – Greenville, SC a 65,942 SF Commercial Warehouse/Office Building
• 935 W. Butler Road – Mauldin, SC a 72, 725 SF Self Storage Facility
