Crawford Strategy welcomes Addie Hampton as Communications Strategist

Crawford Strategy, a full-service agency committed to providing strategic and creative communications solutions to businesses, recently welcomed Addie Hampton as a Communications Strategist. In this hybrid role, Hampton helps agency clients with public relations needs, as well as media training and crisis communication planning.

In addition to her PR role, Hampton joins communications veteran, Robyn Zimmerman, in further developing and teaching Crawford Strategy’s Deliver Your Brand program. This innovative curriculum helps companies translate their vision and values into positive a customer experience by leveraging the company’s employees to be genuine representatives of their company and personal brand. Through a series of professional development training programs, including presentation and public speaking skills, executive presence and protocol, and social media conduct, this expanding platform helps align and inspire internal teams so that they become true brand ambassadors.

Hampton is a former television news reporter and anchor with more than six years of experience covering politics, economic development, healthcare and news of the day. Hampton was most recently on air with WSPA-TV 7 News in Greenville. Additionally, she has coached and mentored clients for more than 5 years as an independent consultant specializing in interview, resume, image and personal brand development. She joins Crawford Strategy from the public sector where she served as a media, branding and communications strategist for a law enforcement agency.

Hampton is a 2011 graduate of University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Arts in Broadcast and Digital Journalism with a Political Science emphasis. A Georgia native, Hampton has lived in the Upstate for five years.
