Countybank welcomes three new team members in the Upstate

Tony Lawton, Michael Wooles, and April Prince Join Countybank
Countybank announced the addition of three new team members. Tony Lawton has been named Commercial Relationship Manager, Michael Wooles as Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, and April Prince as Vice President, Trust Officer.

Tony Lawton graduated from Newberry College with a degree in Business Administration and attended the SC Banking School in Columbia, SC. In addition, he is a graduate of the School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Lawton comes to Countybank with over 15 years of experience in the industry, in commercial lending and business development roles. He will be located at the Reynolds Branch serving the Newberry, Laurens, Clinton, and South Greenville communities.
Michael Wooles comes to Countybank’s Anderson downtown banking office with more than 30 years of banking experience across the Carolinas, with the most recent 17 years in the Anderson market. Mike joins us from First Citizens Bank, where he served as Market Executive and was responsible for all sales and management activities for a four-branch retail and commercial network. Wooles graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in both Economics and Business Management.
April Prince will be joining the Countybank Trust and Investments team, and working out of the Bank’s main office at 419 Main Street in Greenwood. April brings with her over 25 years of experience ranging from lending and customer service to branch and wealth management. Prince is a graduate of the University of South Carolina as well as the SC Banking School in Columbia, SC. She is also an active member of the Greenwood Rotary Club and is on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations including the Greenwood Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bowers-Rodgers Children’s Home.
