Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer sells Woodruff land for residential development

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of approximately 11.71 acres of land situated along 7595 Reidville Road in Woodruff, South Carolina.
Stone Ridge investments, LLC purchased the land from Kathy F. Costello for $285,000 for residential redevelopment.
Lyn Norton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
