Spartanburg Water announces promotion in Water Treatment Above Ground Maintenance

Spartanburg Water is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Duff to the position of Facility Maintenance Manager for the Water Treatment Division of the organization.  In his new role Scott will supervise, plan and manage the above ground maintenance activities of Spartanburg Water’s Drinking and Reclaimed Water Treatment related facilities.

Mr. Duff joined Spartanburg Water in March 2015 when he was hired as the Reclaimed Water Treatment Above Ground Maintenance Coordinator.  Mr. Duff holds both a SC Class A Water Treatment Operator and Class B Wastewater Treatment Operator License.  Mr. Duff is a veteran of the US Navy, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and has over 14 years of experience with public utilities.
