Great Southern Homes names Pete Kellos as Upstate Division Manager

A.J. (Pete) Kellos, Jr. has joined Great Southern Homes as division manager of the homebuilder’s Upstate operations. He brings to the company an impressive career in Upstate construction management having achieved in the past two decades over 4,000 new home closings valued at over $670 million in construction. Holding key leadership positions for national/regional home builders and construction companies, Pete successfully expanded their operations in the Upstate. His list includes Cothran Properties, Raby Construction Company, Marsh/Bell Construction Company, The Poinsett Companies, Pulte Homes and Great American Homes.
