Stephen Hollett joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, SC – Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Stephen Hollett as a residential sales agent to its Spartanburg office. Stephen holds a degree in marketing from East Carolina University and an MBA from the University of Miami. Prior to his career in real estate, Stephen enjoyed a diverse background ranging from marketing positions with various brands to roles as an inventor/entrepreneur, and as a teacher to middle schoolers and college students.
As a natural problem solver and analyst, Stephen invented and patented a dual-purpose highchair that holds an infant car seat carrier and converts to accommodate a toddler. He successfully marketed a foldable, travel version of the design to TargetÒ and other major retailers.
In his spare time, Stephen prefers the outdoors and enjoys traveling with his wife, Lisa, going to the beach, hiking, camping, or taking walks with their German Shepherd. He is also a competitive swimmer with a background in NCAA Division I competition, and currently swims at the Master’s level.
