Duke Energy declares quarterly dividend payment to shareholders

CHARLOTTE, NC – Duke Energy today declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.825 per sharepayable on Dec. 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 13, 2015.
Duke Energy has paid a cash dividend for 89 consecutive years.
