Live on the Green teams up with American Red Cross to accept donations at Lee Brice concert

SPARTANBURG, SC – Live on the Green LLC announced that they have teamed up with the American Red Cross and concert headliner Lee Brice to accept donations for statewide flood relief due to the impact of Hurricane Joaquin. Live on the Green concert featuring country rocker Lee Brice will be held on Saturday, October 17 at Barnet Park in downtown Spartanburg.

The American Red Cross will be on-site to accept monetary donations of cash or check at the event. In addition, several silent auction items, including a guitar signed by Lee Brice, will be available for purchase. All proceeds received by the American Red Cross at the concert will be used to support the urgent humanitarian needs of South Carolinians affected by flooding due to Hurricane Joaquin.

“We are saddened to see the devastation Hurricane Joaquin left behind in South Carolina. Because Live on the Green was created on the foundation of community, we want to give back to the people in communities who have suffered significant loss due to flooding,” stated Ben Graves, executive committee member. “We hope that the Spartanburg community will join us in helping our neighbors in need.”

Rising country stars Chris Lane and Lewis Brice will each serve as opening acts for the 2nd annual Live on the Green concert featuring country rocker, Lee Brice. The event will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Barnet Park in downtown Spartanburg. Gates open at 6pm with music beginning at 6:30 pm.
