Colliers International Brokers a $2.7 Million Transaction for Gallivan, White and Boyd, P.A.

COLUMBIA, SC – August 23, 2011 – Marsha Davis, SIOR and HenryMoore of Colliers International have brokered a long-term, $2.7 millionlease transaction to bring the Greenville-based law firm Gallivan, White& Boyd, P.A. to downtown Columbia. The firm’s expansion to CapitolCenter, located at 1201 Main Street, follows the opening of an office inCharlotte, North Carolina, earlier this year.  Marsha Davis representedthe owners of Capitol Center, Chicago-based M&J Wilkow andBoston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, while Henry Moorerepresented Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A.
