RIDE THE VOTE! The COMET to offer free service on Election Day

October 9, 2018

The COMET’s regular transit service will be free on Election Day, November 6, 2018.  This effort is to assist in mobility on Election Day by eliminating fares as an economic barrier to exercising the right to vote.  A travel trainer is available by appointment to assist individuals or groups with riding The COMET. Contact 803-834-2382 to set up an appointment. The COMET encourages all riders to take advantage of this free service and ride to their polls.
